Our building expertise covers commercial, education, retail and industrial new build projects both for our own developments and for external clients. Project values range from £1m to £20m.
These contracts are usually on a ‘design and build’ basis where time is invested in design management ahead of the construction commencing, to ensure the right product is produced to a defined timescale, within an agreed budget.
The Gallagher team are experts in their fields, are enthusiastic and care about what they do. The management structure is short but respect is long. We are fast acting and proactive and as most of our products and services are supplied in-house, any problems that arise are resolved quickly and easily.
Aggregates and concrete we use in our building projects are sourced from our Hermitage Quarry, thus ensuring that high quality products are delivered exactly when we need them. We are also able to take construction waste, often on the same truck that is delivering aggregate, back to our quarry for recycling. Any inert waste that cannot be recycled is sent to our landfill site to infill the void left by quarrying.
We have our own extensive fleet of plant and machinery so we are able to guarantee the availability and reliability of the machines, and the skills and experience of the people who use them.
