Gallagher Aggregates is seeking Mixer Drivers to join our team. We have 2 positions available in Maidstone.
As a Mixer Driver, you will report directly to the Concrete Operations Manager. Day-to-day reporting will be to the Plant Supervisor. Your primary responsibility as a mixer driver is the delivery of readymix concrete to our client base within Kent and the surrounding areas of your specific plant.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Delivering ready mix concrete to our client within Kent.
- Monitoring and adjusting concrete slump when required.
- Correct completion of tablet based MOBILEticket system.
- Daily defect reporting.
- Daily drum and discharge equipment maintenance including build up cleaning and greasing.
- General duties as required around the Plant.
Candidate Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Believe in and uphold our company values.
- Right to Work in the UK.
- Be hard working and flexible.
- 6/12 months HGV 2 experience.
- Mixer Truck experience desirable (training will be given).
- Experience of construction type vehicles is desirable.
- Hold a full clean HGV 2 Driving Licence. (Cat C)
