The team of Gallagher cyclists – Stephen Gallagher, Richard Harrison, Keith Watkins, Adrian Hollamby and Jerome Stephens – took part in a 3 day, multi-stage cycling event, covering approximately 225 miles, from just west of Milan, around the lakes of Northern Italy – an area known as ‘the Italian Lake District’.

The team’s commitment and resolve were put to the test not just by the undulating terrain and distance of the event itself but by the countless hours of training in preparation for the completion of the event, which culminated in an attempt to conquer the famous MADONNA!
The Gallagher team continues its longstanding support of the Demelza Children’s Hospice, a local charity which provides specialist care and support for children and their families with serious or terminal conditions.
