St Peter's Church, Broadstairs

Gallagher has supplied dressed Kentish Ragstone for the restoration of this 12th century church in Broadstairs. The restoration project is a Heritage Lottery Funded Project.

The church was built circa 1128, originally consisting of a late Norman nave and an early English Chancel, with the tower and the south porch built in the 15th Century.

Gallagher’s Masonry Department has worked closely with the architect and the specialist stonemasons to ensure the supply of our Kentish Ragstone is of the highest quality and blends in with the existing stone, thus ensuring the continued life of one of the oldest churches in the United Kingdom.
