Ightham Mote

Ightham Mote is a medieval moated manor house close to the village of Ightham, near Sevenoaks in Kent. Originally dating to around 1320, the Grade 1 listed building’s importance lies in the fact that there have been very few changes to the main structure, after the completion of the quadrangle with a new chapel in the 16th century. It is now owned by the National Trust and is open to the public.

Gallagher Aggregates’ Masonry Department supplies high quality Kentish Ragstone on an ongoing basis for specific restoration and conservation projects within the building and its surrounding area.
