Full Time Finance / Administration Assistant

Gallagher Group has a fantastic opportunity for a Finance/Administration Assistant to join the finance team, within our exciting group of Companies. Based at our Head Office in Aylesford, with easy access to M20 and M2.

This is a full-time PAYE position.

Standard 37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday, flexible between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm (with one hour for lunch). Timings to be mutually agreed.

Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.

Job Description:

  • Matching of delivery tickets, orders and invoices.
  • Chasing up delivery tickets from sites and co-ordinating the various teams.
  • Assisting the finance team with scanning, finance and administrative duties, as required.
  • General administrative support.
  • Reception cover when required.


  • A professional and friendly manner, along with a flexible and pro-active attitude towards working is essential for this role.
  • Candidates should ideally have previous experience in a Finance/Administrative role.
  • Be computer literate in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
  • Have good telephone and communication skills.
  • The ability to drive and have own transport is desirable, due to office location.
