Construction has commenced on Gallagher Properties' development at Wrotham, known as Nepicar Park. Demolition is complete and foundations / retaining walls are underway with structural steelwork due to start early in February.
The project is due to complete in July 2016.
Several of the units are already in solicitors' hands and enquiries have increased now that people can see site work is underway.
