Stonegate
Maidstone Borough Council
Monks Horton - Phase 2
Stonegate – Junction 5, M20
Stonegate is located in Hermitage Court, just off Hermitage Lane and approximately 1.5 miles from junction 5 of the M20.
This is a Gallagher Group development of attractive modern office buildings finished to a high specification and which benefits from excellent car parking. Stonegate is currently being marketed to potential occupiers.

Parkwood - Maidstone Borough Council
Gallagher has been selected for an exciting new project on behalf of Maidstone Borough Council. Gallagher intend to cover pre-construction works for the new depot. A full contract will be placed by July 2008.
The project is on a three-acre site at Parkwood, south of Maidstone and is worth over £3 million. The design and build project involves two-thirds building and a third civil and engineering work. In addition to the modern office and administration building the project involves a large area of external car parking and concrete hard standing. Gallagher will deliver a complete package with the early involvement of our ‘design & build’ team who will help to refine the design, obtain planning permission and then undertake the construction to meet their full aspirations Maidstone Borough Council. Works are due to commence on site in November 2008 and complete in 33 weeks.
Gallagher team: Cornish Architects, dha Planning, Paul Owen Associates (structural engineers) and ESP (mechanical engineers).
Contract Value: In excess of £3m
Due to start: November 2008.
Horton Park Farm, Monks Horton - Phase 2

Having successfully completed the new working farm we have been now retained as Principal Contractor to construct a further 1700 m2 of storage along with three brick built offices. Works to the offices are being carried out in a “Heritage” style to try to closely match existing buildings on site - this will involve the extensive use of materials such as oak, slate and brick.

Contract Value: £5.4 million; Phase 2 - £1.5 million
Due for completion: June 2008.
