Horton Park Farm, Monks Horton - Phase 1

Gallagher were appointed as Principal design and build Contractor for the construction of an entire new organic working farm facility for the raising of beef and lamb stock. All works were carried out in a live farm environment and involved extensive earthworks, foundations and concrete slabs along with forming large buildings with spans of up to 28 metres.

Eclipse Park (phase 1)

Eclipse Park is being developed in three stages to mirror the economic growth of the south east economy and to reflect the ambitions of Maidstone Borough Council and their ‘Locate in Maidstone’ team. Phase 1 was completed in 2006. One plot was sold to DHA Planning Consultants who occupy their 8,000 sq ft building with their tenant Software of Excellence. Of the other two buildings, the larger (20,000 sq ft) is occupied by asb Law, one of the south east’s leading law firms, with the other 13,000 sq ft office being let to Day, Smith and Hunter, the Maidstone-based accountants.

Lipscomb

Gallagher was the main contractor on this design and build contract to construct and fit out Lipscomb Cars, over a 2 acre site, totalling 25,000m² floor space. The development was completed on time and to budget providing showrooms, administration, parts and servicing facilities.
