The Gallagher Group Aggregates division

Hermitage quarry and Blaise farm are set within a working environment. We operate an ‘open door and nothing to hide’ policy, encouraging site visits from customers, neighbours and regulators. We use the latest technology and equipment to produce a wide range of ragstone and associated products, together with recycled materials, all produced to the highest operational and environmental standards. The production capacity exceeds one million tonnes per annum of product which include:

• Premium grade washed aggregates and sands
• Rock armour and gabion
• Sub-base and capping materials
• Fill class materials

We have an excellent, technically competent and customer-focused, team and we supply to a wide range of customers, big and small. We endeavour to provide customers with material tailored to suit their particular requirements.

Effective quality control measures mean materials are regularly tested by independent NAMAS-accredited laboratories to ensure specification compliance.
