Gallagher Property Ltd undertakes a comprehensive land acquisition and site remediation / development service. The resulting sites are either retained as investment property or traded.

We aim to use our skills not only to the benefit of Gallagher Property Ltd, but to help develop the local community, assisting local authorities to create quality employment and an improved social structure through the development of well designed, quality buildings.

We develop offices, industrial/warehouses and residential accommodation predominantly in brown field site locations. Our developments always benefit from high levels of investment and design in external and landscaped areas.
