Our building expertise covers commercial / retail and industrial new build projects both for our own developments and for external clients. Project values range from £1m to £10m.
These contracts are usually on a ‘design and build’ basis where time is invested in design management ahead of the construction commencing, to ensure the right product is produced to a defined timescale, within an agreed budget.

Key to many new build projects is our in-house civil engineering expertise particularly with so many schemes involving brown field sites. Ground conditions, such as the safe removal of hazardous material etc, are very often the prime sensitivity to a commercial development.
Building projects are carried out as principal contractor, generally on lump sum design & build contracts for new commercial and industrial buildings up to £10m.
