Gallagher are seeking outline planning consent for an “uptier” 3* business hotel to be located at the north west corner of their landmark development, Eclipse Park at junction 7, M20. The proposed 150 bed hotel will incorporate function suites, meeting rooms, restaurant, bar and fitness area as well as providing excellent prominence to the M20 motorway. Planning application no.
