The works involved extensive changes to the roads, parking and landscaping around the hotel whilst maintaining the hotel operation without disturbance. This follows the purchase of two acres of land from the Hilton / RBS to the east of the hotel. The land now forms the plot for building 4 and has enabled Gallagher to construct an additional access road into Eclipse Park from Bearsted Road.
