Cllr Malcolm Greer accepted the keys for the new Maidstone Borough Council Depot, from Pat Gallagher, Chairman of local construction company Gallagher, at a small opening ceremony on Friday 11th December 2009. Both parties are seen proudly holding aloft a very special environmental award for the development, showing a BREEAM rating of “Very Good”.
