Current Vacancies:

IT Helpdesk / 1st Line Support Person - The Gallagher Group in Maidstone, Kent are currently looking to recruit a Helpdesk / 1st line support person to manage the recording of IT incidents and resolve or escalate.

The role will involve providing first line technical support to internal IT users. You will be working to internal Service Level Agreements and will assume responsibility for general PC configuration and maintenance (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers etc) as well as basic network and infrastructure support.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot.
  • A good understanding of MS Windows and MS Office applications.
  • A keen interest in IT and eagerness to learn.

Any experience of Hardware, Printers, Servers or Networking would be beneficial.
