Gallagher Properties Ltd has been granted new planning permission for industrial and trade counter units at Nepicar Park in Wrotham. Nepicar Park is located on the A20, close to Junction 2A of the M26 so is ideally suited for businesses needing quick access to the M20, M25 and the national motorway network.

The B1c/B2/B8 industrial and trade units will range from 1,500 sq ft to 15,000 sq ft, totalling 35,000 sq ft, and can accommodate up to 15 businesses on a freehold or leasehold basis.

This will be a high tech industrial/trade counter development and the units fronting the A20 have been designed to have curb side appeal. There are good levels of car parking plus amenity land to rear of site.

The majority of units will be available for freehold sale, however leases will be considered.

Having now been granted planning permission, pre-construction activities will be progressed with a view to commencing work on site later in 2015 for completion mid-2016.
