New office building at Hermitage Court prelet
Gallagher Properties is pleased to have leased Unit H at Hermitage Court, Hermitage Lane, Maidstone, to Havas Shared Services Limited on a 10 year lease.
Unit H is a new Grade A office building, built to a high specification and 5,300 sq ft NIA. The building incorporates extensive use of Kentish Ragstone feature walling. The building is due to be completed at the end of 2012 and Havas will move in in the New Year.
Being a pre-let, some of Havas’ particular requirements can be incorporated into the base build, thereby avoiding the need for alterations and leaving Havas to concentrate on their fit out. Havas Shared Services Limited is the UK shared service centre for the Havas Group, a global communications group. Havas Shared Services Limited has been established at Concorde House, Maidstone, for the past 48 years and employs approximately 35 people in this office.

“We have some interest in Unit G, which is also just over 5,000 sq ft, and we are hopeful that tenants for this second Grade A office, also due for completion at the end of 2012, will be secured shortly.”
