Gallagher clears allotment site for Ditton Parish Council

Gallagher has helped Ditton Parish Council in its quest to provide more allotments for parishioners. For some time, Ditton Parish Council has wanted some additional allotments to offer residents on its waiting list. It had a site in mind but the cost of having the ground cleared and top soiled was proving prohibitive. This is when Gallagher was able to step in to help, agreeing to do this work free of charge. The work was due to take place last Autumn but was delayed until this year due to very wet weather. Gallagher has finished its work there and although there is still work to be done, such as fencing, laying out the allotments and installing pathways, it is hoped that the allotments will be ready to be offered to parishioners early next year.
