Once again Gallagher's ability to work around difficult site situations has led to a contract from a new client, Longcross.
A phased construction of a new privately funded community centre in West Faversham, Kent, allowing the existing facility to remain open during the construction period. This contract valued at approximately £500k and lasting 17 weeks incorporates:-
> site clearance
> reduced level excavation
> substructure strip foundations
> RC waterproof concrete foundations
> drainage and ductwork
> SW/FW pumping stations & interceptors
> external fill
Material removed from site was disposed of at one of the Gallagher landfill facilities, imported fill materials and concrete were supplied from Gallagher's Hermitage Quarry near Maidstone.
Phase 1 has been completed - on budget and on time.
