Our People

The Gallagher Group has grown steadily over the past 35 years. We employ around 300 people and there are a wide range of career and training opportunities for people who apply themselves with energy, enthusiasm and professionalism.

Everyone has a significant part to play in realising the Group's ambitions in a measured and safe way. There is a particular attitude needed to work at Gallaghers that suits some people but not others. We believe in concentrating on the task in hand, getting the job done efficiently, quickly and to a high standard.

"Process matters" are important but must not dominate. People are empowered to do their jobs with appropriate levels of reporting and support.
